JOB DESCRIPTION

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the entire recruitment process, from defining needs to integrating new employees into the company. The specialist works closely with the management team and relevant departments to attract, evaluate and select talent in line with the organization’s needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Main tasks

  • Recruit for internal positions, by actively searching for potential candidates on social networks such as Linkedin and Facebook, as well as on various resume posting sites such as Indeed, Emploi Québec, Jobillico, Workopolis, Facebook and more;
  • Write several attractive job descriptions for online job boards;
  • Evaluate and sort applications;
  • Coordinate face-to-face, virtual and telephone interviews according to the availability of candidates and companies;
  • Meet several candidates a week, in person or virtually, to conduct one-on-one interviews;
  • Visit our different clients to tour the enteprise, meet the teams, and installations.
  • Offer innovative solutions for recruiting candidates specialized in their field;
  • Ensure that our clients’ requests are met by suggesting the ideal candidates for the various positions available and the job requirements;
  • Solicit/chase potential talent via Linkedin and the Linkedin Recruiter tool;
  • Networking at job fairs and events;

Secondary tasks

  • Social network monitoring and LinkedIn account management;
  • Creation of engaging content to attract candidates and present the company’s dynamics and values to our customers;
  • Monitoring returns and company image;

REQUIRED EXPERTISE

Experience in recruitment and marketing (2-5 years) Excellent organizational, priority management, written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of social media and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobillico etc.). Understanding of advertising tools and targeting strategies to attract the right profiles. Good MS Office skills. Valid class 5 driving license and own vehicle. Mobility (travel required)
