JOB DESCRIPTION
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the entire recruitment process, from defining needs to integrating new employees into the company. The specialist works closely with the management team and relevant departments to attract, evaluate and select talent in line with the organization’s needs.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE
Experience in recruitment and marketing (2-5 years) Excellent organizational, priority management, written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of social media and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobillico etc.). Understanding of advertising tools and targeting strategies to attract the right profiles. Good MS Office skills. Valid class 5 driving license and own vehicle. Mobility (travel required)
